Hire Charges for OFC & CAT-6 UTP Video/Data Control Cabling with Accessories (For 200 Cameras) Providing on hire basis Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and CAT-6 UTP cable for video/data transmission for 200 Nos. CCTV cameras, complete with all associated accessories required for proper connectivity and operation. The work includes supply and laying of 6-core single mode OFC (overhead) with GSL cabling, strung pole-to-pole with GI wire support, along with CAT-6 UTP cabling and necessary fixing arrangements using metal cable ties/clamps. The scope also includes provision of all essential accessories such as: Media converters (Fiber to Ethernet / Ethernet to Fiber),Fiber patch cords and patch cables,Fiber splicing, pigtails and termination kits,RJ-45 connectors, RF connectors, power connectors, and all required interfacing components The item also includes providing and fixing weatherproof MS powder-coated junction boxes with lock and key arrangement for housing media converters, network switches, OFC terminations, etc., ensuring protection against environmental conditions. The work shall include laying, dressing, termination, testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and dismantling after completion of the event, along with all labour, tools, and petty materials required to complete the job to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Hire Period: From 27.04.2026 to 05.06.2026 (for the complete event duration). The quoted hire charges shall be inclusive of all cables, accessories, junction boxes, installation, and incidental expenses for the entire contract period.
