M&L painting of LT 09 mtrs long steel pole with cross arm and clamp of any length and shape for LT over head line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole No. in a 15 cm dia yellow circle and marking 03 nos. black and 02 Nos. white bands/ stripS with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole up to 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 12 months service for maintenance of Railway colonies and other Service buildings including all tools & plants by supplying artisan staff, masons, carpenters , painters , blacksmith, fitters, pump operator, helper / khalasi ,sweepers on all working days in the week excluding Sunday & Holiday etc.along with all tool and equipments. No extra charges will be given to the contractor for transportation of material required for execution of any work. Contractor has to 1 make his own arrangement for transportation of material, man power, tools etc. at all the time during the contract. All the consumable material required i.e. Cement, steel, Wood, bricks, sand, Paint, Sanitary fittings,etc. shall be supplied by the railway. The rates includes cost of Employer's PF contribution, tools and plants prescribed minimum wages by Central Govt. and contractors profit. Work is to be executed as per special condition of contract. Payment will be made on Monthly interval on the basis of man days of working of each of the following category during the monthly period only and as per special conditions of the contract. A) Helper/Khalasi 2 Nos(2 X 250 = 500 days)
