M&L brick work with sub class `B' Brick on straight on curved on plan to any radious in full brick work in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary (a) On timber or plastered surface(ii) Two coats (white in shade)

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6.3 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I and incl 40 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5 metres beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit with 40mm thick RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and chaarcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate of item is deemed to be included for excavation in hard rock, by compressor machine to achieve required depth.

Complete item rate for supply of Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades as approved by the site incharge in the store of SSE/W or as directed , with all loading, unloading, leading ,lifting , all taxes,etc so nothing extra will be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.
