Erecting & fixing crane rail 52Kg/90 Metre R/60Kg in position to correct gauge level with MS clips as per approved drawing. The rate includes all labour, materials tools and plants and scaffolding as reuired to complete the work. The rates also includes painting of rails with two cats of Red-oxide over one coat of Red- oxide zinc chromate primer. The P.Way materials such as rail, fish plates and bolts & nuts will be supplied free by the railway.

Rendering 12 months service for maintenance of Railw ay colonies and other Service buildings including all tools & plants b y supplying artisan staff, masons, carpenters, painters, blacksmith, fitters, pump operator, helper / khalasi ,sweepers on all working days in the week excluding Sunday & Holida y etc. along with all tool and equipments. No extra charges will be given to the contractor for transportation of material required for execution of an y work. Contractor has to 1 make his own arrangement for transportation of material, man power, tools etc. at all the time during the contract. All the consumable material required i.e. Cement, steel, Wood, bricks, sand, Paint, Sanitary fittings,etc. shall be supplied by the railway. The rates includes cost of Emplo yer's PF contribution, tools and plants prescribed minimum wages by Central Govt. and contractors profit. Work is to be executed as per special condition of contract. P ayment will be made on Monthly interval on the basis of man days of working of each of the following category during the monthly period only and as per special conditions of the contract. a) Mason 1 No (1X250=250 days)

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid pavement, flexible pavement, concrete surfaces, cement or plaster surfaces and like and painting lines,dashes,arows ,letters etc. exceeding 10 cm width with one coat of synthetic enamel road marking paint of tint white or golden yellow or orange or as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.
