8.5:Providing and fixing of direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign with 7 years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of Type IV micro prismatic grade sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm, with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 40x40x6 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc.

13.98.1 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work

Painting new iron work with two coats of approved I st class synthetic ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality, brand and shade over the existing priming coat including cost of brushes, enamel paints, scaffolding curing . The paint should be supplied by the contractor at his own cost. (The quality and shade of the paint should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on works) etc. all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture
