Painting with synthetic enamel paint two or more coats of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying all materials labor T&P and constructing MH chamber of sizes earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil CC(1:1:8) with black granite chips size 46mm brick work with K.B. brick having crossing strength not less than 75 Kg /CM2 to 90 Kg/CM2s in CM(1:6)12mm C.P(1:8) inside MH chamber over benching with cement slush pointing (1:3)outside the MH chamber providing painting MS or CI step iron RCC(roof of slab with CC(1:2:4)with black granite chips size 12mm bending binding tying the grills placing of the reinforcement providing RCC color of required size refilling the cavity around the MH chamber with excavated earth including channeling the bed of MH etc all complete as per PH specification. MH size 0.91m x 0.91 m with 0.45 m (18 dia RCC Cover )

7 8.17 (A) R SOR Painting on Concrete Surfaces Two coats on new surfaces (Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces)

Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh 25 mmx 25 mm x 3mm in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and out sides welding, iron bolts, crews, clips etc. including two coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint or more required complete with frame work with 50 X 50 X 6mm angle iron post 30 cm in ground embeded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30X30X45cm) at corner and every three mtr including painting with one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint work will be done as per direction of engineer incharge of size complete in all respect.
