Painting Works Tenders

Material and labour for Hard drawn steel wire fabric (weld mesh) of weight not less than 3 kg/ sqm and not exc 4 Kg/ sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt including necessary fixing arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Sl item No 1 to 16 :- (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders & cradles required upto 10Mtr hight for execution of the work and protective works. (ii) Painting Work will be carried out through authorized applicator only. (iii) 50% materials will be deposited by contractor in MES store & same issue as work progress

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) (a) For Exposed Work PVC Pipes

PAINTING TO FURNITURE ARTICLES:- Painting to the steel furniture after prepration of surfaces, cleaning the durt, dust, rust with amery papers, removing dents if any, applying suitable putty and smoothing the surfaces, applying a coat of redoxide on fresh surfaces and painting the steel furniture internally and externally with existing colour scheme of OG / Black / White / Smoke grey paint manually make Asian / Nerolac / Berger of 1st quality paint. The painting will be done as directed by Engr –in charge at site (site of work includes the places where furniture items are issued and in use at different locations of Wing)

EXTERNAL PAINTING OF STORAGE TANKS AND ALLIED PIPELINES AT MATHURA REFINERY, as per the details of SOR Items given in techno-commercial bid of the tender. TAX : The SOR rates are exclusive of Goods & Service Tax (GST). The Goods & Service Tax shall be paid extra at actual.
