Pest Control Tenders

Contract for Comprehensive Housekeeping & Sanitation Services (Two Shifts: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM and 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM) including Supply of Cleaning Materials and Machinery for a period of Two (02) Years.

The bidder shall quote a ‘Management Fee’ for providing goods and /or services, as applicable in the tender. The Management Fee shall be quoted as a percentage of the total Statutory Monthly Emoluments payable to the total number of unskilled workers deployed for providing services in the School of Tropical Medicine. Here ‘Statutory Monthly Emoluments’ shall mean amount payable as per Row 12 of Schedule of Payment under Section-XIII: Proforma of Monthly Bill to be Submitted by the Bidder. Service Tax as applicable from time to time shall be paid extra. No additional charges, taxes etc. will be paid. The bidder must quote a Management Fee between 2% and 10%. Bids outside this range will be rejected). [For example: If you quote the figure ‘5’. It means that you will charge 5 % (five percent) of total Statutory Monthly Emoluments payable to the total number of unskilled workers deployed for providing services in the MC/MCH/ hospital as Management Fee per month. Service Tax as applicable from time to time shall be paid extra. No additional charges, taxes etc. will be paid. You may quote upto a maximum of 10 % (ten percent) as Management Fee.]

Engagement of Cleaning & Housekeeping (Zone-A) on purely temporary basis at Barasat Government Medical College & Hospital( College side),Barasat, North 24 Parganas. [This rate will be variable depending upon the Minimum wages stipulated by the Government of West Bengal from time to time .] The agency need not to quote any rate for wages as it shall be equal to the prevailing minimum wages as per latest Govt. circular of the Labour Department. The selected agency shall have to deposit as monthly subscription of EPF and ESI @13% and 3.25% respectively for each Cleaning & Housekeeping personal. Moreover bonus @ 8.33% to be paid to each Cleaning & Housekeeping once in a year. GST as applicable of above total amount will also be deducted from their bill as per Government order . The minimum wages and respective amount of EPF, ESI, Bonus will also be paid to the agency based on minimum wages as circulated and revised time to time by the labour Department, Govt. of WB.
