Mandatory Job: Engagement of manpower for (a) cleaning & housekeeping of boiler house, coal mills areas, coal feeders areas,ID Fans,FD Fans,PA Fans,ESP areas and other adjacent areas including supply of tools & tackles, (b) Providing round the clock physical assistance to various shift work including supply of tools & tackles, (c) Round the clock operation(including manual/AUTO rejection of coal mill round the clock) & Tit-bit maintenance of MRHS of Stage-II (2 X500 MW) including supply of tools & tackles, necessary consumables as per scope. 1.1 Rate contract for outsourcing the activity for housekeeping (cleaning and sanitation )& horticulture at The Ludhiana Distt. Cooperative milk Producer's Union Ltd. (Please quote rates for complete job) NOTE:- ESI,EPF,BONUS, TDS etc. will be applicable as per rules a)The above quoted rates should be inclusive of all i.e. Wages of workers to be employed by the contractor,ESI & EPF and bonus contribution/ other statutory obligations etc.(as applicable) b) GST & any other levies/TDS/ taxes etc. will be as applicable from time to time. Note: The First Party is bound to pay incentive to their workers whenever direction regarding the same is issued by second party.
