Providing general pest control service to the buildings to control the nuisance of cockroaches, lizards, bed bugs and other insects etc. by minimum four operation as and when directed in a year including monthly check up with additional operations if required and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning Services/Sweeper (UnSkill wages) Machines and cleaning items will also be provided by bidder

Engaging 1 No of Multi trade labour to give water supply, to remove blockage in sewer lines, sweeping the common areas including clearing of vegetations, bushes in and around the scheme area, desilting and cleaning the storm water drains and removal of debris away from the scheme area etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
