Advance work and nursery raising taken for raising AR Model 6 plantation clearfelled area in Kitre F.Sy.No.13, Kotkhanda F.Sy.No.71, 15 Ha.of Bhatkal Range during 2025-26

Design, construction, erection, testing and Commissioning of MPS of 2.4MLD and following Components and all other works contingeint there including operation and maintenance of existing MPS during renovation/upgradation period including operation and Maintenance of 5 years after 1 Year defect liability period and 3 months of trial run. Brief Scope of Work:- (i) Providing, laying jointing RCC NP-3 pipe (HDPE Lined) sewer of size 700mm from terminal manhole to inlet chamber of MPS with R.C.C. Man holes and SFRC covers EHD-35 (as per layout and drawings attached) complete in all respect. (ii)RCC inlet chamber, screen chamber, rectangular collecting tank/Wet well suitable for 2.4MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0, pipe gallery, flow measurement devices landscaping of the campus, providing and installing 5No. non-clog sewage submersible pumps 1.1No.-100m3/hr @ 18m head 2.2No.-200m3/hr @ 18m head 2. 2No.-300m3/hr @ 18m head. with suitable LT Panel equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank, PLC, SCADA and submersible cable from LT Panel to pump sets to existing/proposed panel room complete in all respects complete as per DNIT. (iii)K-9 D.I. Pipe of suitable dia. at MPS including welding and screwing of Flanges. ISI Marked D.I. fittings, Sluice Valves, Non-return valves as per requirement even for by pass arrangement and connection of STP units complete in all respects as per DNIT. (iv)4 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS304) (2 Nos for Screens, 1 no. for Connection with existing collection sump tank and 1 no. for Connection with new collection sump tank) as per design. (v) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse screens of minimum length 7 meters for 2.4MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 complete in all respects as per DNIT. (vi)Development of lawns/Plantation etc. at MPS and its up keeping /maintenance as per DNIT. (vii) The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers/terminal manhole to newly constructed structures is included in scope of work. (viii) All the infrastructure including repair of Platform for DG Set, Boundary wall, path ways/ roads (as per detail attached) required to be executed at site to make the MPS proper functional is included in the scope of work of lump sum job. (ix) All the Pumping Machinery, Panel Board, Level Sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with the PLC panels at MPS, STP, TTP and all other units through broadband internet facility as per DNIT. (x) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved Structural/ Hydraulic/ Mechanical/ Electrical Design to be approved by Executive Engineer (Civil), Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra before actual execution of work. (xi) All DI pipes, specials and accessories etc. required within the campus of MPS will be provided by the contractor/agency. And is included in scope of work. (xii) For installation/fixing of machinery it will be responsibility of contractor/agency to divert the flow of existing sewer which may include plugging of sewer and pumping if any. (xiii) Main Gate: Supply and installation of 1No. SS Main Gate of SS-304 Grade 4m wide and 1 No. SS wicket gate of SS-304 Grade 1.25m wide (total weight not less than 500kg) at MPS site. (xiv) All existing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and allied equipment, including machinery, panels, DG sets, and accessories installed at the MPS and STP, found repairable during inspection, shall be repaired, overhauled, reconditioned, tested, and commissioned, strictly in accordance with the scope of work defined in the DNIT and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of all labour, materials, spares, consumables, tools and tackles, transportation, testing, and commissioning shall be deemed to be included in the lump-sum contract price. No additional or extra payment shall be payable on this account under any circumstances. (xv) All existing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and allied equipment, including machinery, electrical panels, DG sets, and associated accessories installed at the MPS and STP, which are found unserviceable and beyond economical repair during joint inspection and certification by the Engineer-in- Charge and/or an approved third-party inspection agency, shall be replaced with new equipment conforming to the approved makes/vendors list and technical specifications stipulated in the DNIT. The new equipment shall be supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with the provisions of the DNIT, relevant IS/IEC standards, OEM guidelines, and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of supply, installation, labour, materials, spares, consumables, tools and tackles, transportation, testing, commissioning, third-party inspection, and all incidental activities shall be deemed to be included in the lump-sum contract price. No separate or extra payment shall be admissible on this account under any circumstances.
