Note:- 1. The Basic Rate per unit can be quoted in Multi Currency. 2. Currency Exchange Rate will taken on the day of opening of Financial BID. 3. Rest of the columns should be filled in INR Only. 4. Sum total rates quoted in 1.01 will be taken for evaluation of L-1 Bidder. 5. Bidder must quote "Cost-per-running test (CPRT) in BOQ-2. The CPRT should include all reagents, daily quality controls, calibrators and consumables required for each of the above tests as as start-up and shut-down solutions, cleaning solutions, and any other reagents required. 3-year costing of the reagent/cost per Test for the purpose of Financial Evaluation of the L-1 Bidder. The bidder should keep in mind that the packaging of the reagent should be minimal size & have long expiry period i.e. atleast 1 year from the date of supply and these cost projection i.e. CPT, shall be valid for 10 subsequent Years.
