Launching of Railway relieving MT girder (under traffic and powerblock ) after removing track ballast, excavation earth on properly prepared wooden/CC Cribs supports as per the approved scheme of launching railway drawing and specifications by contractor's road crane including all tools, plants, machineries, labor, equipments etc. The work includes fixing of track i.e. steel channel sleeper, rails and fittings as per railway's specifications and standards on the relieving girder and necessary adjustments in the longitudinal x-levels including lifting and packing at approaches of girders after insertion of relieving girders in track to maintain safety of trains on the relieving girders and its approaches. Note:-1. R.H. Girders, sleepers, rails and fittings etc. will be provided by railway. 2. The rates are inclusive of the removal of existing track for insertion of RH girder and fixing of track panel after removal of RH girder. 3. The rates are inclusive of placing and removal of wooden/CC Cribs supports and other accessories for which no extra payment will be made. 4. The payment under this item will be made for the weight of RH- Girder, Channel sleepers and Rails only.

Rendering 12 months service for maintenance of Railway colonies and other Service buildings including all tools & plants by supplying artisan staff, masons, carpente , painte , blacksmith, fitte, pump operator, helper / khalasi ,sweepe on all working days in the week excluding Sunday & Holiday etc.along with all tool and equipments. No extra charges will be given to the contractor for transportation of material required for execution of any work. Contractor has to make 1 his own arrangement for transportation of material, man power, tools etc. at all the time during the contract. All the consumable material required i.e. Cement, steel, Wood, bricks, sand, Paint, Sanitary fittings,etc. shall be supplied by the railway. The rates includes cost of Employer's PF contribution, tools and plants prescribed minimum wages by Central Govt. and contracto profit. Work is to be executed as per special condition of contract. Payment will be made on Monthly interval on the basis of man days of working of each of the following category during the monthly period only and as per special conditions of the contract. a) Carpentor 1 No
