Supply laying and pushing of MS casing pipe of specified thickness approved by concerned department authority by trenchless method adopting any suitable technology below ground at required depth under running traffic condition as per Highway/ Railway standard including carrying out survey work at the job site for determining underground cable trenches like telephone, cable, water & sanitary lines and resistivity test for finding the soil strata using necessary equipments for completion of works, mobilizing of machineries and specialized crew at the job site complete in all respect, including excavation of driven pit and exit pit (up to 3 meter depth) with proper protection at these sites with shoring sheets and ISMB. Providing MS cutting edges for front shield and constructing thrust bed at designated level. Necessary dewatering and providing concrete foundation at the base of the driven pit, PVC/Rubber saddle as per the requirement of Highway/Railway authority, crane for handing of pipe and any other machinery, tools, and tackles required, construction of temporary works as per design, drawing and method as per approved by authority specification and the direction of the Engineer. Apply corrosion, resistant, protection on inside and outside of casing pipe as per technical specification.

Preliminary survey including measurements of vertical clearances at maximum sag point, identification and replacement or repairing of damaged stubs, tower members and earthing and collection of all required documents required for obtaining statutory permission from Railways, Haighway Authorities and other Goverment Bodies. (For Line 1: 35 CKM, For Line 2: 23 CKM, For Line 3: 28.8 CKM)

Laying of following Pipe by pushing by trenchless - pushing and jacking method. This includes construction of suitable size of driving pit, receiving pit and construction of RCC thrust wall / bed including earthwork excavation in all type of soil including SDR, hard rock and other civil works including shoring, strutting and shuttering complete and lowering, the following size of MS encasing pipe into driving pit by using contractors crane machineries and jointing MS pipes by electric welding laying the encasing pipe across the railway line / National Highways / State Highways road / Canal crossing etc., by pushing / jacking method (trenchless technology method) using contractor's machineries such as cranes, jacks, jacking materials, generator, welding machineries, comprising jack hammer and other equipments etc., grouting the annular space between the casing pipe and excavated hole, under traffic condition in all type of soil including SDR, Hard rock without interfering and causing any hindrance to the movement of trains/buses/lorries/or any other vehicle without any disturbances to the railway/road/canal formation etc., including bailing/pumping of water wherever necessary without affecting any installation like water supply pipe line/ telephone cable, electric cable etc., passing nearby area and scooping the earth inside the pipes and pit and depositing the surplus earth in a convenient place and levelling the site after completion of entire work as directed by site engineers. The rate includes the cost of driving pit, thrust bed/wall and receiving pit to the depth of 0m to 3m and excluding the cost of MS pipes etc., complete.
