OD21643/2026-2027:Conduct Topographical survey of the proposed project area, Assess Existing system (actual hours of supply, NRW%, pressure range etc.) in consultation with KWA, Demonstrate Storage adequacy OHSR using balancing calculations, Conduct Evidence-based baseline assessment while converting intermittent to 24×7 water supply, Conduct Detailed conditional assessment/ gap analysis of existing infrastructure (Intakes, Pumping Stations, WTPs, OHTs, distribution networks, tap connections etc.). Integrate existing infrastructure in proposed network, Hydraulic analysis of existing infrastructure in respect to proposed water demand etc to be done as per direction from department officers. Census data of previous decades also required. Present population in proposed DMA is to be identified and population projection to be submitted with calculation (method wise piopulation forecasting and methodology adopted for final population projection and justification also required, ) Other water demand such as domestic, institutional, commercial, firefighting, floating population etc. to be identified. determination of storage requirements, detailed condition assessment / gap analysis of existing infrastructure (intake pumping stations, WTPs, OHTs, Distribution networks, tap connections etc required. Integration of existing infrastructure in proposed network also required. Review of existing city-level water supply system, Collection and validation of secondary data from ULB, Assessment of Water sources, allocation, reliability, quality, Per capita supply, coverage, pressure, continuity, Raw water mains, feeder mains, service reservoirs, Distribution network, valves, meters, SCADA, NRW / UFW status, Calculation of Service Level Benchmarks (SLBs), Condition assessment of assets, Validation of ULB-identified priority, Operational Zone / DMA and Preparation of As-Is Assessment Report also required. Overall scheme layout plan/maps of complete scheme to be prepared and provided in consultation with KWA. Detailed engineering drawings to be prepared and provided for the following such as ULB Plan with road network, reservoir Locations, hydraulic particulars of reservoirs, etc. , Reservoir command area plans , Ward plan , Flow Chart of the water supply system , Primary network plan with valve and other locations , Operational Zone plan ,DMA Plan with Distribution network, Bulk flow meters, hydraulic parameters ,Residual pressure drawing in DMA with critical control points and Detailed Hydraulic model Calculations of DMA and output. Hydraulic design to be done and submitted. Finalization of design parameters as per CPHEEO DFT Manual- Identification and finalization of: Operational Zones; Pressure zones in 2 DMAs (size, boundaries, isolation), GIS-based hydraulic modelling (e.g., EPANET), Pipe network analysis and optimization, Nodal pressure analysis and boosting requirements, Design of :Distribution rehabilitation / replacement; Valves, PRVs, FCVs; Bulk and consumer metering. Validation of transmission mains and surge analysis. SCADA, Automation & Digital Systems- Assessment of existing automation systems, Recommendations for: SCADA architecture (DMA / city level), Flow, pressure, water quality monitoring, IoT / telemetry / digital twin solutions, Integration strategy with GIS and MIS, Capital cost estimation (SoR + market rates), O&M cost estimation, Financial feasibility analysis, Tariff analysis and cost recovery assessment, Sensitivity and sustainability analysis, All design and Document preparation to be done separately for one DMA. All survey/design data to be submitted in forms of report/ drawings and submit in digital format also including DPR preparation.
