MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF 11 KV SWITCH YARD LINE NETWORK Maintenance and operation of 11 KV substation, switch gears(VCBs), HT 11 KV control panels with tripping mechanism/ back up protection system in round the clock in three shifts (each shift of 08 hours) per day by employing qualified or experienced 01 electrician in each shift including comprehensive maintenance of all HT/LT electrical equipment installed and HT/LT distribution network in Dwarka SF qtr AR society area by maintaining attendance register of staff employed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Contractor shall quote his rates for maintenance and operations of sub stations and all other HT eqpt installed at 11/0.433 KV sub stations and electrical distribution network incl labour charges for replacement of spares under comprehensive maintenance. (b) The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured under schedule 'A' part-II (c) Details of switch gears and electrical equipments are as under :- (i) Substation 11/0.433 KV with power distribution transformer 750 KVA = 01 Nos (ii) Generator set incl control panel board 250 KVA = 01 No (iii) Monoblock pump 2.5 HP = 02 No (iv) Monoblock pump 5 HP = 04 Nos (v) LT main distribution panel board- 01 No (vi) 200 KVA automatic capacitor panel=01 No (vii) LT service panel boards- 08 Nos (viii) Fire Genr set 125 KVA=01 No (ix) Fire pump set 50 HP=01 No (x) Fire pressure pump 20 HP=01 No (xi) Monoblock pump set 7.5 HP=02 Nos (d) HT breaker (A) Electrician Note (aa) Contractor shall be responsible for any disciplinary case of staff employed(ab) Contractor shall produce character certificate (issued by Police station), 10th pass certificate ,Diploma certificate & experience certificate (minimum 02 years), of the staff employed.
