Mannual rescue & Operation rescue for electric supply installations 11/0.433 KV sub Station & stand by diesel Generator Sets comprising of transformer, AMF panels, APFC panels, HT VCBS, ACBs, LT Panels/FP Boxes, LT/HT UG Cables, lightning Arrestor, Earthing, metering equipments & batteries etc including routine maintenance, cleaning of equipments, Maintaining of daily records of electric supply and log books of DG sets with all parameters with stationery and including atending of electrical break downs and electrical repairs as directed with necessary expendable items and providing all types of tools and clamp meter, IR/ER tester, Earth rod, Hand Gloves, ladders etc and adopting necessary safety precautions in attending break downs, and electrical repairs, switching on/off street lights, top up of fuel as provided/stored by department and cleaning of equipments and surrounding area of installations in neat and presentable position by deploying Electrician (ITI Holder) - 01 in each shift of 08 hours duration required in two shifts in a day in alt the days including sundays and holidays with arrangement of reliever duty at NAE Santacruz comprising of following shifts complete all as specified and directed :- Shift Timings (a) First Shift: 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (b) Second Shift: 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs NOTE: Arrangement for deposition of necessary documents for issue of passes from MIAL/CISF/GVK authority for the trademen will be contractor's responsibility in consultation with MES/ users. M&L for repair of CI/DI pipe line of lead joints/push tyton rubber joint socket and spigot type taking up/down excavation, returning filling and removal of excavated soil near pipe line of size as mentioned below in break down maint of raising main line / distribution line. Providng any type of special tools & plants such as JCB, Hydra cranes, pumps & materials (such as lead, lead wool, detechable joints/ leak repair clamp suitable for CI/DI fittings,patsun/spun yarn, caller/short piece of pipes or any other fittings to be required to minimise the breakdown time and rectification of the problem as soon as posible. Rectification work must be start within two hours of intimation to contractor. Any delay in rectification may be penalised as deemed fit , Rate of excavation removing and returning filling willbe deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor. size 300 mm bore
