Providing Independent Engineer services as specified under Scope of Services in Tender Document; and performing all other duties assigned by AAl from time to time for the compliance of relevant provisions of the OMDA between AAI & DIAL. Amount quoted will include all the cost associated with the works mentioned in the NIT (Appendix-C) for work and services to be rendered by the Independent Engineer. The price covers remuneration of all key personnel including team leader. The quoted amount will also include EPF, ESI etc. and escalation in wages during the currency of contract of 36 months. Quoted Price will be inclusive of expatriate and resident in the field home office / accommodation, air fare, equipment, printing of document and all other activity specified in the bid documents etc. The price may also include local taxes, such as social charges, duties, fees, levies etc. payable under repective state. GST shall be payable extra as per actuals. i) Amount is in INR. ii) Basic Rate quoted by the bidder is exclusive of applicable GST.

Office Set up (fixed cost): includes office building rent (min area 100 sqm), operation & maintenance, cleaning, repairs, Office furniture and equipments for typing and printing, Office stationery items, Utilities and communication, Drafting supplies, Computers and their running costs, Domestic communication.
