REPAIR/MAINT OF EOT CRANE/PASSENGER LIFT UNDER GE DRONACHAL
NOTE: (a) The work under this contract shall be carried out through OEM of the lifts or their authorised agents complete all as described in Sch, special conditions, particular specification, MES SSR and as directed by GE / Engineer-in-charge. (b) The Contractor shall enter into a MOU with the OEM for ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT for maintenance of lift. The MOU for the post warranty/ post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall also be submitted prior to the commencement of work. (c) The cost of all replaced defective parts and spares, other than mentioned is deemed to be included in quoted unit rates and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor on this account. (d) The comprehensive/preventive/periodical maintenance includes weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly inspection testing as per service manual in presence of JE E/M & MH Bhopal REP as given in PS. The inspection/ test report will be submitted to Engineer-in-charge before payment of RAR. (e) The complete records of replaced spare parts, other than mentioned will be maintained and will be produced to Engineer-in-Charge on monthly basis or as and when asked to produce the same. (f) The AMC shall become in force immediately after issue of work order No 01. The lifts will be handed over to contractor in as and when condition and cost of all kind of repair/replacement of item to make it fully functional other than mentioned is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor on this account. (g) If the contractor fails to carry out minor repair / replacement and to keep the lift in running condition within 04 hrs., the contractor shall pay penalty charges as under: (i) Upto 12 hours - Rs 500.00/HR (ii) Above 12 hours and upto 24 hours - Rs1000.00/HR (iii) Above 24 hours - Rs1500.00 /HR The decision of GE in these regards shall be final, conclusive and binding. (h) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor on this account. (j) The contractor shall display the OEM/authorised agents of OEM mobile/contact no in each lift car & at lift lobby and update from time to time.
Repair Maintenance work of refractory lining of Wesman furnace in 06-Shop in BHEL, HPEP Factory, RC Puram, Hyderabad
Charges for - (i) dismantling of old refractory bricks at all heights and elevations from Furnace walls, Bogie (wagon) etc., disposing the debris within a lead of 2 km within the Factory Area as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The rate includes hire charges of all machinery, equipment, labour, loading, unloading, transportation etc. (ii) cleaning and recovering possible old bricks and stacking the same for reuse. (iii) Charges for installation of new bricks by applying new “40% High Alumina Refractory Bricks” in Furnace and “Hot Face Insulation Bricks & Cold Face Insulation Bricks” using Thermotex Refractory Mortar and/or Refractory Super Castable, as applicable. The rate includes cost for labour, consumables, cutting, preparing surface neat & clean for installation of new bricks, transportation of bricks and binding material from BHEL stores, loading, unloading, handling, placement and construction to form required size and shape as per site condition etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Only Bricks and binding material will be issued free of cost by BHEL at BHEL Stores.
