Providing design mixed M-35 grade Reinforced Cement Concrete produced from approved microprocessor controlled automatic batching plant for RCC bridge work with Maximum aggregate size of 20mm crushed graded stone aggregate and sand of approved quality including all lead & lift, dewatering, weigh batching, mechanical mixing, compaction, curing including using all types of form work, shuttering, centering, scaffolding, providing necessary arrangement for fixing OHE mast & bolts etc. complete with all contractors labour, cement, material, construction chemicals such as plasticizer, retarder etc, plants & machineries with all lead & lift complete as per technical specifications. (Minimum content of Cementitious material shall be 400 Kg per cum of concrete and Maximum Water Cement Ratio 0.40. Minimum content of Ordinary Portland cement shall be 300 kg per cum of concrete. Fly ash or GGBS or Micro Silica can be used as other cementitious material). Note:- 1. Rate is inclusive of Chloride free admixture such as super plasticizer. 2. Only construction joint shall be permitted. 3. Form work shall be approved by Engineer- in -charge before use. 4. The contractor shall install automatic batching plant of suitable capacity or use RMC for the concreting work, except for the location and components of work permitted by engineer’s in charge for use of mechanical mixer at site. For such concreting without RMC, deduction at the rate of Rs. 300/- per cum will be made from payment. 5. Steel reinforcement will be paid separately. 6. Rates are excluding of permanent shuttering and permanent form work in case of item no. 14(d) for deck slabs/ extension to deckslabs of FOBs, elevated decks, skywalks, staircases, etc. where the decking sheet/ steel sheet are provided for safety in OHE and crowded area in this case decking sheet/steel sheet paid separately. 7. Rates are inclusive of temporary form work of approved quality and material for temporary side/bottom shutterings, staging and scaffolding, dewatering, placing using pumps/placer boom/crane & bucket, compaction, finishing the surface and curing of concrete with all contractors tools, plants, labours and materials of approved quality, all lead and lift, crossing of track, etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer -In-Charge.
