Modernization of various Rural Link Road (from Earth Work upto Premix Carpet including constn. of culverts,Drains,Ret.Walls and road furniture/safety measures ) under 555 Cr Project Distt Gurdaspur MC DBN G-1 (555 Cr) (Work Code:-GDP-2026-051)

Providing and laying of bituminous concreteusing 25 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an avrage output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finishers withsensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with samooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTHspecification clause No.509 complete in all respect. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer in Charge.

Repairing broken edges of RCC chajjas, roof projections, fins, facia and similar works by dismantling of loose and damaged/ disintegrated portion of edges (cross sectional aerea not exceeding 150 sqcm) and cement mortar 1:4 or cement concrete 1:1½:3 type A0 and chicken wire mesh with nails (to hold fresh mortar/concrete) including necessary formwork etc. and scaffolding for work upto four storied buildings and finishing the surface by white wash or cement base paint to match the surface with existing work.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. All works upto plinth level. M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 220 kg/cum).
