Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-415 / Fe-500), cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required), the M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as per drawing & design required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as per approvrd drawing and technical specification and as per clause-1600 of MoSRTH specification for road & bridge works (Latest Revision ) complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. rod or HYSD steel only. Steel bars of only MAJOR INTEGRATED STEEL PLANTS like SAIL, RINL, TATA, JINDAL & SHYAM STEEL, etc. of Fe-415 / Fe-500 grade are to be used in the work & if required original bill of . steel has to be produced by the contractor)

Primer coat Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade (S.S-1 Packed Type) conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For WBM / WMM Surface with primer (SS-I) @ 0.85 kg/m2) (Mode of measurement: on the basis of finished surface area in sq.m).

Drainage Spouts in Superstructure including providing drip mouldings and also including supplying, fitting and fixing approved type of materials complete as per drawing and Technical specification vide clause no. 2705 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works.

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
