Item No. 1:- Construction of Road From K.K.Patil to Polaris company at Bhendkhal,V.P Bhendkhal,Tal - Uran

M&L for cleaning of sewage sump of any depth and capacity including removal of sewage water, sludge, silt, floating refuse and deposited filthy matter from bottom and sides of sump by manual/mechanical means, dewatering, scraping complete. The work includes taking out sludge in buckets/drums, loading, transporting and disposing off the same to outside Defence land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall also include providing all labour, T&P, pumps, suction pumps, hoses, ladders, lighting arrangements, gas detector, ventilation equipment, PPE/safety appliances such as gumboots, gloves, masks, safety belts, oxygen support and disinfectants/bleaching powder required for execution of work in confined space conditions complete. Contractor shall ensure compliance of safety precautions for confined space entry and prevention of toxic gas hazards. Nothing extra shall be paid for dewatering, temporary pumping arrangements, disposal of sludge, cleaning materials, safety arrangements and all incidental works necessary for satisfactory completion.

Dense Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading , filler ( Cement/ hydred Lime/rock dust) premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @ 4.0 % (min) for grading--1 and @ 4.5 % (min) for grading-2 by weight of total mix as per table 500-10 and mixed design done as per table 500-11 and Job Mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 of MoRT&H (5th Revision). including screening, cleaning of chips transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature as specified in table 500-2 with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with the tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled and vibratory or tenden rollers or with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a tyre pressure of at least 0.56 MP, to achived the desired density as per clause 505.3.5, all including cost and carriage of bitumen, crushed aggregates, filler materials and hire charges of mechinery and equipment for construction and 2quality control complete as per clause 505 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). B. For Grading 2 (26.5 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.) (i) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH.
