Note:- (i) Design shall be done as per latest IS code, latest MNRE guidelines and as specified in tender. Design shall be vetted by Minisry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) approved firms eligible for making of DPR of Solar Project. String Combination box, ACDB, DCDB, overall inverter and transformer etc Capacity shall not be less than the installed capacity of panels. Panel minimum Capacity shall be 545 Wp & efficiency not less than 20% conforming to standard applicable as per MNRE. Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) of solar plant as per MNRE guidelines at Energy meter level shall be approved by the department at the time of design approval. (ii) Solar Modules and solar cells therein should be of make Made in India and complying DCR norms(Domestic content requirement). The contractor will have to submit company declaration in the format, to be provided by GE at the time of request for approval of sample/Make for modules. Each PV module used in this work shall have RF Identification tag. Contractor shall provide one RFID card Reader along with panels. (Contd.../)
