SURVEY, DESIGN, FABRICATION, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF TOTAL20 KW OF “ON GRID” CONNECTED ROOFTOP SOLAR PV POWER PLANT INCLUDING COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (CMC) FOR 5 YEARS

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of SOLAR PV MODULE/ARRAY: The Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) modules supplied and to be installed for the 10 kW on-grid rooftop solar power plant shall be made of high-efficiency mono-crystalline silicon solar cells (415W-540W). The interconnected cells shall be vacuum laminated with tempered glass to withstand adverse environmental and climatic conditions. The module frame shall be fabricated from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminium, suitable for long-term outdoor installation. Minimum clearance between the lower edge of the module and finished roof level shall be 300 mm for RCC roof and 75 mm for tin shed roof. The SPV modules shall be duly certified as per IEC 61215 / IS 14286, IEC 61730 Part I & II, IEC 61701 (Salt Mist Corrosion) and IEC 62804 (PID test) from accredited certification agencies. Each module shall carry a minimum 25 years performance warranty, guaranteeing at least 80% of the rated output at the end of 25 years. Module-to-module earthing shall be provided using 1C × 2.5 sq.mm copper cable, ensuring proper electrical safety and system reliability. The modules shall be of MNRE-approved make, suitable for grid-connected solar power plants under the net-metering scheme. [Make : TATA POWER / PANASONIC / LUBI]
