Supply and fixing solar road stud/cateye shall be produced from an engineered polymer selected for superior impact resistance and weatherability. The top of the marker should be transparent for solar charging and light output in active mode. The base of the body shall be yellow or neutral white as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The marker shall incorporate a solar panel (comprising of solar cells) for converting for solar energy into electricity, a illumination. The marker shall also have high reflective lenses for conspicuity in passive mode and dual shanks for applied with epoxy resin adhesives designed for use with raised pavement markers and as supplied by the marker manufacturer separately. The solar cateye shall be of height : 65+ 2 mm & maximum diameter : 136+ 4 mm. The body of the solar cateye shall be resistant to dust and water ingress as per IP 65 & & IP 68 standards as per testing parameter requirement of MoRTH Section 800. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note :- Solar hot water system includes cost of two FPC plates and backup stainless steel hot water tank to meet the 200 LPD capacity. Supply and fixing of Elegant look LED Solar light fitting 40 W AIO LED Solar Street lights having extruded aluminium housing, 100 Wp or more Mono Crystalline Panel/Laminates ((Made in India) fixed on the top of the Luminaire housing, maintenance free 12.8 volts 36 Ah or more LiFeP04 battery(BIS certified) , BMS, MPPT charge controller, PIR sensor to provide 2 days (24 hrs ) back up in dimming mode. The luminaire is having IP 65 protection for critical components, IK 07 and having lumen output of > 6400 lm as per LM 79 report of third party NABL lab . The lumen efficacy should be > 160 lm/w and the maximum wattage of the AIO street light luminaire shall not be more than 40 W to deliver 6400 lm Both the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel must be manufactured in India. The Solar lighting company must submit the third party NABL lab reports t~ justify the Lum~n efficacy, luminaire output , IK 07 and IP 65 protection ( In house NABL lab reports will not be acceptable). The complete Solar lighting system must be warrantied for a period of 5 years . The Solar lighting companies must be having toll free base service network to provide immediate after sales service through their service network available in different districts of the state .The Solar lighting companies should submit the lighting design report prepared by their in house lighting design team if required as per the direction of engineer in charge. Lenses should be provided for effective distribution of light on the ground .The AIO solar street lights shall be of Anchor by Panasonic make PA040W11 MLF2401 or equivalent in Philips/Crompton/Havells.
