Hybrid (Grid + Solar) Common Control Panel with Two Independent 70 kW Soft Starters/VFDs, Complete in All Respects Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Hybrid (Grid + Solar) Common Control Panel suitable for operation of two pump sets (01 Duty + 01 Standby), comprising two independent 70 kW Soft Starters/VFDs, solar inverter(s), MPPT controller(s), ACB/MCCB, contactors, control relays, digital multifunction meter, selector switches, indication lamps, surge protection devices (Type-II SPD), copper bus bars, power and control wiring, cable glands, lugs, terminal blocks, earthing arrangements and all associated accessories. The panel shall be floor-mounted, fabricated from CRCA sheet steel, powder-coated, dust and weatherproof with minimum IP-65 degree of protection, suitable for 415 V ±10%, 3-Phase, 50 Hz AC supply. The panel shall facilitate automatic operation in Solar, Grid and Hybrid modes with intelligent energy management, automatic source selection and seamless changeover. Each pump shall have independent starting, stopping, monitoring, control and protection against overload, short circuit, earth fault, phase failure, phase reversal, under/over voltage, over-temperature and dry running. The contractor shall design and provide the optimum inverter and control configuration considering the distance between the solar plant and pump house to minimize voltage drop, transmission losses and energy losses. Complete with internal wiring, factory testing, installation, commissioning, performance testing and all works conforming to IEC 61439, relevant IS standards and departmental specifications, complete in all respects.
