Supply and fixing in replacement of Lithium base Energy efficient integrated Solar street light of 32 watt in single FRP body duly polyurethane coating (Camouflage color), encases with monocrystalline solar PV panel of 65-67Wp,lithium battery 11.1/12.8V,33.0 AH with inbuilt BMS,IP 65, High brightness W-LED(160-180lm/watt) lamp with Aluminium reflector for better light distribution ,CRI>70, color temp 5700K-6500K Microcontroller based charge controller cum driver,automaticdimming function(First 04 hrs at full brightness & rest of the time at lower light level with PIR motion sensor), Dusk to dawn operation,suitable to working temp (-) 10C to (+) 55C ,weight not more thatn 16-18 Kg with adjustable MS clamp suitable for pole/wall mounting etc, complete as reequired. The initial lumen output of AIO street light shall be >9600 lumen or more in CCT 6000K (+/-500K) (Lumen efficacy of 160 lm/w ) as per LM 79 report of NABL lab The LED chip will be of OSRAM/NISCHIA/CREE/SEOUL Semiconductor only and should be with lenses for effective lighting distribution. The complete system & BMS should be designed to provide 2 days (24 Hrs) back up in dimming mode by activating PIR sensor and battery should be kept inside the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel (Made in India ) to be mounted on the top of the luminaire housing. The luminaire must be having IP 66 protection for critical component like (LED compartment, Driver compartment & Battery) . The AIO street light is having IK 08 .The luminaire should have the provision the tiltable/ adjustable mounting bracket to mount it on the top of the pole directly. Warranty on the AIO street lights must be 5 years .
