Day to day maintenance of the building by cleaning & sweeping the staircase and common passage, collection of garbage from door to door, disposing the garbage to the road side dustbin, cleaning the colony premises, collecting the garbage and disposing it the disposal point of TMC including supply of material required for cleaning the floor, like broom, mop, bucket, floor cleaner liquid etc. complete (Rate excluding GST)
