(v) Contractor should ensure to rendering completion of all attended complaints to respective JEs/Engr-in Charge as day to day basis . (vi) Attending the fault/complaint and rectification will be on daily basis irrespective of number of complaints. The spare parts/items required for rectification will be measured in the respective item of schedule. (iv) Contractor should ensure all the street lights are functional before leaving the station and rep of contractor should check after all the street lights are switch ON after rendering completion to respective JEs/Engr-in Charge as day to day basis . (v) The Contractor/rep shall check the servicability of all the street lights under the mentioned areas of contract once in a week and inform to JE/AGE. The unservicability of any street light shall be made servicable within two days of complaint report. A penalty of Rs 1000.00 shall be imposed if the unserviciability reported above 25% of total lights. Note : - Contractor has to quote taking the below mentioned points into consideration and the rates of the above items are inclusive of the below mentioned points. (a) The contractor shall be provided Electricians and Helper for minimum 8 Hrs during working hours of Naval Base/ specified by JE/AGE (b) The contractor has to provide additional manpower as per site requirement / as directed by JE/AGE as when required (c) All the Lights / LT cable / Electrical components breakown complaints has to be attended immediately and completed on the same day. (d) Contractor has to note that the complaints will be raised everyday and the contractor staff has to attend the complaints on day to day everyday basis complete for the span of the contract. (e) Contractor has to arrange sufficient labours during major breakdowns as directed by the Engg-in-Charge

Painting to the existing 6 mtrs height with Single/ double stem steel tubular poles / pipes of street lights / Road light / Yard lights including stems, MS boxes / cross arms / GI pipes clamps to the pole with one coat of enamel paint of approved colour from coping to a height of 1 Mtr and single/ double stem pipe of approved colour and painting the remaining pole with one coat of aluminium paint & painting one coat of AcrylicExterior Emulsion paint to the pole coping as directed during execution. Necessary ladder / scaffolding arrangement is to be made by contractor at his cost. (If departmental ladder is used an amount of Rs.25-00 / pole will be deducted from the contractor bill subject to without causing any damage to the ladder). Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 60 Watt, 230 volts made with pressure die cast housing with toughened glass with high powered LED, IP-66 protection high power LED with secondary lenses and system efficiency should be minimum 110 lumen per watt. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection device and 10 KV surge protection device in luminare, THD shall be 10%, power factor >.95, CCT 5700K and brand name should embossed / engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life complete all as specified and directed.
