Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum material with an aesthetically smooth finish and durable construction including forgged PDC spigot with heat dissipation fins on housing with Toughened Glass cover and secondary lens on each LED & should be SMD type of 3 to 5 watt each .Luminaire shall be designed to emit 4600 nominal lumens at a system efficacy of atleast 130 lumen/watt(NB) and maximum system wattage of 45W and potted metal driver & has a unique BIS R number with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @>=300 V AC and Auto resetting Safety , Power Factor >0.95 driver Efficiency >90% , CRI >70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and optional 10 KV external bolted inside driver compartment complete all as specified and as directed.Model no BRP273 of Philips or Equivalent in Crompton/Havells/wipro.

The bottom of pole shall be 130mm dia and top shall be 70mm dia with 3mm thickness, high tensile strength conforming to BS EN 10025, base plate shall be 220mmx220mmx112mm with 4 No of anchor bolt 'J' type 700mm long, 20mm dia with nut washer and bolt shall be inserted to RCC footing, including pole top mounted cap type street light bracket for single street light fitting. The pole shall have internal inbuilt junction box including 3 phase bus bar and one 6 amp MCB, complete including necessary earthwork excavation in any kind of soil, RCC M-25 (Design mix) as in footing including reinforcement as per manufacturer drawing, formwork etc. complete all as directed.

LED driving output current 750mA. The luminaire shall be BIS certified (Fitting & driver both have separte BIS R number) and Trade mark certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% lumen maintened , CRI >70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external inside driver compartment. driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs as required.
