Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum material with heat dissipation fins on housing with UV stabilized PC (UV stablization report submitted for UV cover ) /Toughened Glass cover and secondary lens on each LED & should be SMD type of 3 to 5 watt each . The System efficacy >=125 lm/ wt and potted driver & has a unique BIS R number with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @>=300 V AC and Auto resetting Safety , Power Factor >0.95 driver Efficiency >85% ,THD(I) 10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -5C to 45C . driver current 750mA. The luminaire shall be BIS certified and Trade mark certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% lumen maintened , CRI >70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external inside driver compartment. driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs. Manufactures Word Mark/Name Engraved/Embossing on die cast housing to allow traceability/authenticity. Fixture shall be AS PER IS 10322 Complianced.OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures. (LM79/LM80) Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Unit - Each Supply of 60W All in One LED Solar Street lights vide having extruded aluminium housing, 200Wp or more (subjected to final panel backup calculation with dimming profile of 100% output for 2 hrs, 80% output for 2 hrs, 60% output for 2 hrs and 40% output for 6 hrs per day. The calculation is to be approved by SE,Electrical Circle (R&B) and CE ,Roads-l/ll, Odisha, BBSR before final procurement of the product.) Mono Crystalline Panel/Laminates fixed on the top of the luminaire housing, maintenance free 12.8 volts 90 Ah (Bis certified) or more (subjected to final battery calculation with dimming profile of 100% output for 2 hrs, 80% output for 2 hrs, 60% output for 2 hrs and 40% output for 6 hrs per day. The calculation is to approved by SE,Electrical Circle (R&B) and CE ,Roads-l/ll, Odisha, BBSR before final procurement of the product.) Lithium Ferrophosphate (LiFePO4) battery (BlS certified) with inbuilt BMS, MPPT charge controller with >92% efficiency, PIR sensor ( when there will be no movement the lumens output will be 30% output) to provide 2 days( 24 hrs) back up. The luminaire should have lP 65 protection for critical components, lK08 for complete AIO solar light (As per lK report of third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab ), having lumen output of > =11400 lumen (lumen efficacy >=190 lm/w) as per LM 79 report of third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab to justify the lumen output & lumen efficacy.lK10 Lenses should be provided on the LED chip for better lighting distribution to avoid glare on human eyes. Both the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel must be manufactured in lndia. The Solar lighting company must submit the third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab reports to justify the lumen efficacy, luminaire output and lP 65 protection. The Luminaire should be supplied along with adjustable type mounting bracket which can be fitted directly on the pole. The Solar Street light with solar panel having capacity of 200 Wp or more must be designed to take the wind load at 180 km/hr wind speed (As per wind load test report from third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab). The Solar lighting manufacturer must submit the declaration letter mentioning that complete solar light and the solar panel are manufactured in lndia and warranty certificate on their company's letter head by mentioning warranty period as 5 years and necessary aftersales service will be provided through their tollfree base service network. The solar street light company must be having own NABL accredited laboratory. The make of the AIO solar light must be of Philips/Anchor by PanasonicMipro/LT or equivalent. The executant has to maintain the solar light for a defect liabilities period of 5 years.The solar lighting company must be having inhouse NABL lab having registered office in Odisha and Toll free service set up within 100 KM from the project site. The agency must submit the lighting design and get it approved by SE,Electrical Circle (R&B) and CE ,Roads-l/ll, Odisha, BBSR before final procurement of the product. The following test reports from third party/central/state govt accredited NABL lab must be submitted and approved from SE, Electrical Circle (R&B) and CE ,Roads-l/ll, Odisha, BBSR for the technical acceptance of the products. 1.LM 79, 2. lP 65 test report, 3. Wind load test report of 200 Wp panel fitted in AIO Street light suitable for 180 KM/Hr wind Speed.4,lK 08 (comptete tight) ,5. IK10 (For PC Lense of AIO) 6.LM-80 7. System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.. Lumens output should be greater than 100 Lumens/watt, LED driver's efficiency should be minimum 90%, Power factor of complete fitting should be greater than 0.90, Input operating voltage: 140V to 277V AC. The LED fittings should be warranted for 5 years.
