Filtration & Dehydration of transformer oil at the site for transformers installed at the substation, up to a level of relevant IS Dielectric strength for transformers including transportation of Filtration kit, checking the BDV Value, replacement of gasket (if required), providing necessary fittings and manpower etc complete in all respect and submission of test reports before & after dehydration of oil. Item to be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Annual Maintenance Contract for Transformers and Equipment of 132 kV Switchyard (As per Scope of Work)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

(A) • Carrying out tower spotting and preparation of Tower schedule of Transmission Line Route. • Soil Investigation • Design of 220 kV Transmission Line, 220 kV Cabling System, Extension of 220 kV AIS Switchyard / GIS and associated System • Statutory Approvals and Clearances • Right of Way (ROW) Facilitation • Tendering services including preparation of technical specifications and scope of work, preparation of complete bid documents(includingcommercial part) and BOQ, Detailed cost estimates with basis, clarification of bidder’s queries, technocommercial evaluation of bids and preparation of Techno-commercial Recommendation, price bid evaluation and recommendation to BCGCL for award of contract, Preparation of Work Order / Contract for issuance to successful Contractor. • Engineering review including review of route alignment, Tower schedule, foundation design, sag-tension calculations, drawings and engineering documents of 220 kV Transmission Line, 220 kV Cabling System, Extension of 220 kV AIS Switchyard / GIS and associated System but not limited to, submitted by the contractor to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. • Inspection and quality monitoring including witnessing factory acceptance tests (FAT), review of inspection reports, monitoring contractor quality assurance procedures and verification of materials and equipment compliance with specifications • Project Monitoring and Reporting • Contract Management • Project Documentation • Warehousing (B) Construction supervision and monitoring of 220 kV Transmission Line, 220 kV Cabling System, Extension of 220 kV AIS Switchyard / GIS and associated System including foundation works, tower erection, conductor stringing, earthing & lightning protection; Equipment installation, Busbar erection, Cable laying, Control and protection panel installation, testing & commissioning of transmission line and Switchyard / Substation Equipment & Systems and all other works and associated works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedule .
