Work For Preventive maintenance at 220/132/33 KV S/S Jhajhra, Work of daily / routine maintenance activities through round the clock availability of highly skilled person (3Nos) as per scope of work for- 1) 220 KV Switch yard (1) 220KV Bays - 8 Nos (2) 220 KV Main Bus-1 (3) 220 KV Main Bus-2 (4) 220 KV Main Transfer Bus (5) Power Transformer - 02 Nos (2*160MVA) T/F (6) 2 Nos 160 MVA Transformer Main Bus - 2 2) 132 KV Switch yard (1) 132 KV Bays - 9 Nos (2) Power Transformer - 02 Nos 80 MVA (132/33 KV) T/F (3) 132 KV Main Bus -1 (4) 132 KV Main Transfer Bus 3) 33 KV Switch yard (1) 33KV Bays - 14 Nos including capacitor bank bay (2) Power Transformer - 02 Nos 2X80 MVA T/F (3) Control room (4) 2 Nos 630KVA Substation Transformer Bays Scope of Work :- (1) Routine visual checking thermovision scanning of red hot points, flash points, burned jumpers, CBs, Isolator, Bus Bar, CTs/PTs/CVTs, marshalling Box etc including scheduled cleaning, lubrication, tightening of connection/ jumpers, replacement of minor damaged parts of equipment, replacement of jumpers/clamps/connectors etc. (2) Routine work of all power and station transformer, maintenance of their cooling fans, i.e oiling, greasing, cleaning etc, LT electrical connection, cleaning of oil collection pits, tightening of loose connection, replacing silica gel (Provided by department), provides help in oil top up as per directions of engineer in charge. (3) Routine checking of complete length of control cable and power cables between indoor panels /equipment and outdoor equipments / Kiosk / Panels, cleaning replacement of damaged / burned cable, tightening and replacement of damaged terminals / connection / lugs etc. referruling whenever required. (4) Routine maintenance of battery cells and battery chargers i.e. daily cleaning of battery room and battery cells, applying of petroleum jelly etc complete in all respect. (5) Routine maintenance of indoor panels in C&R panels, ACDB, DCDB system, indoor outdoor illumination system etc including schedule cleaning, lubrication tightening of connectios / terminals, replacement of minor damaged parts of panels tracing of circuits.
