Door to door collection of segregated solid waste from source in segregated manner (wet and dry separately) and transportation of collected wet and dry solid waste separately to the relevant processing site up to 15km from municipal boundary & monitoring through IoT based hardware integration, to monitor the real-time progress of the waste collection in terms of percentage route covered, along with establishment of Centralized Control Room including of service for mobile application for citizens and web portal & mobile application for Authority during the tenure of contract period as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, including fuel charges, remuneration of manpower (driver & Helper), maintenance cost for each vehicle etc.Vehicles provided by the concessionaire Population upto 20,000 (12Months). Carriage of material (1.1) by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry dispose the building rubbish/ malba/ dismantled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 10 Km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Carriage of material (1.1) by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry dispose the building rubbish/ malba/ dismantled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 10 Km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Collection, Loading, Transportation & Disposal of building rubbish/C&D Waste/ Malba/Similar Unserviceable material, by mechanical means, including collection and loading from scattered site through small tippers/tempo. The loading from scattered site of building rubbish/C&D Waste/ Malba/Similar Unserviceable material shall be carried out through mannual or mechanical means and disposal/unloading of the same shall be carried out at any approved C & D waste management plant/site i.e Shastri Park/ Jahangir Puri etc. on the same day and no dumping/stacking of building rubbish/C&D Waste/ Malba/Similar Unserviceable shall be allowed in NDMC area. The cost is inclusive of wages of Driver, Beldars, cost of CNG, oil, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for all leads and lifts. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedure/rules of the plant management and as per permissible load under law. The processing fee of C & D Waste Plant at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts after verification from C&D waste plant. NOTE:- 1.Collection/Loading of building rubbish/C&D Waste/ Malba/Similar Unserviceable materialetc. will be done from scattered site in NDMC area and shall be disposed/ to C & D waste processing plant/site i.e Shastri Park/ Burari etc. on the same day. 2. The agency will deploy auto tippers with hydraulic jack of required capacity each, with Man power of required capacity during day time and if required in night also for collection of above said waste material and dispose/transfer to C & D waste management plant/site i.e Shastri Park/ Jahangir Puri etc. on the same day. 4.Payment will be made on submitting the receipt from C&D plant per tone C&D waste transported. 5.During Grap period agency will deploy BS VI compiled vehicle which can run during grap period. 6. GPS Should be installed in vehicles i.e small tippers to be deployed for removal/disposal of building rubbish/C&D Waste / Dismantled material of Similar type for day to day basis. 7.All the directions issued by NGT from time to time such as covered with trippal/covered body etc, strictly as per norms applicable in Govt of NCT Delhi shall be followed by the agency. 8. The contractor shall be responsible for any accident and has to be taken all preventions to avoid any accident any challan by the challaning authority shall be borne by the contractor. 9. In case of breakdown of vehicle alternate vehicle shall be provided by the agency for removal of malba else penalty @ Rs, 1000/day shall be levied on daily basis from the dues of the contractor. 10. Malba shall be lifted within the permissible limit of Vehicle as per Transport Department Delhi. No payment or reimbursement shall be made for excessive C&D waste lifted beyond permissible limit.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/ similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting and unloading the same at C & D Waste Management Site near Jahangir Puri Safai Karmchari Quarters at Burari Plant, including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the Plant Management. The rates are inclusive of all operation, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D Waste plant. (Processing fees at prescribed rate of C & D waste Management plant will be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts). (Payments of this item shall be made on production of original Municipal dumping ground receipts).
