Door to door collection of segregated solid waste from source in segregated manner (wet and dry separately) and transportation of collected wet and dry solid waste separately to the relevant processing site up to 15km from municipal boundary & monitoring through IoT based hardware integration, to monitor the real-time progress of the waste collection in terms of percentage route covered, along with establishment of Centralized Control Room including of service for mobile application for citizens and web portal & mobile application for Authority during the tenure of contract period as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, including fuel charges, remuneration of manpower (driver & Helper), maintenance cost for each vehicle etc. Vehicles provided by the concessionaire Population between 20000 to 50000 For (12Months). Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical means, including loading ,transporting and unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25 kms lead i.e. Shastri park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighing at plant etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Weighing and unloading at plant shall be as per procedures/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, lead and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by department on production of only original cash receipts.

Carriage of material (1.1) By Mechanical Transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry and dispose the building rubbish/malba/dismatled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 12km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Carriage of material (1.1) by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry dispose the building rubbish/ malba/ dismantled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 10 Km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Engaging local communities through door-to-door outreach to educate households on garbage segregation at the source (wet and dry waste), proper garbage disposal, and using toilets. Door-to-door advocacy, ward meetings, sanitation rallies, and engagement with RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations) to promote source segregation of waste and sanitation.
