Supply and fixing of stainless steel 3-in-1 dustbin station consisting of three cylindrical containers fabricated from high-grade perforated stainless steel (SS 304), each mounted securely on a powder-coated mild steel frame with horizontal support bars and a slanted weather-resistant roof for outdoor durability. Each bin shall be clearly labeled for waste segregation—wet waste, dry waste, and recyclable waste—and shall include individual lids or covers to minimize odor and contamination. The unit shall be designed for public use in parks, streets, and institutional campuses, with a total capacity of approximately 90–120 liters. The supply includes delivery of the complete unit to site, and fixing shall involve anchoring the frame to a firm concrete base using stainless steel bolts and washers, ensuring stability and resistance to vandalism or displacement. All materials and workmanship shall conform to standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT Officers.
PROVISION OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT WORKS AT VARIOUS STNS UNDER AOR OF CWE SRIGANGANAGAR
Design, procurement, construction, commissioning, solid waste management plant (at Abohar and Fazilka Mil Stn) for daily guaranteed Acceptable Waste of 2.6 tonnes at 90% probability confidence level and probable future expansion of 25% for 10 years of the contract period (for a population of 6500) with fully automated dirty materials recovery facility (MRF) with AI enabled and PLC controlled screening for handling including all activities relating to sorting, segregation, material recovery, collection, secondary storage, shredding, baling, crushing, loading, unloading, transportation, processing and disposal of solid wastes and monitoring through SCADA and complying the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 including creating assets, comprehensive maintenance and service with including consumable materials, chemicals, power, water etc. and shall comprise as under for the scope of works: - (a) Preparation and finalisation of Detail Project report (b) The space for stacking of solid waste of minimum 2 days. (c) Disposal of the waste materials out of the Cantonment/ defence area without any extra cost to the Department and the submission of No Objection Certificate for disposal of the waste materials in case it is asked by the department. (d) Design, prepare architectural/ structural drawing, fabrication, supply, transportation, erection of shed. (e) Design, prepare architectural/ structural drawing, supply, transportation, construction, installation of Weigh Bridge. (f) Design, prepare architectural/ structural drawing, supply, transportation, construction of wash/ change room (both male and female), various storage, processing area, dispatch area, etc. (g) Design, fabrication, supply, transportation, installation of Solid Waste Management Plant including feeding hooper, conveyor belts, trammel screening machine, magnetic separator, shredder machine, balling machine, organic waste composer, air blower, solid waste incinerator.
