Attending complaints related to Plumbing/Water Supply and obtaining completion from user including minor repair of taps by replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts, PVC connection and making water supply functional in case of blockage redressing of GI pipe joints if any leakage is found, repair of un-functional PVC flushing cistern, repair/replacement of face mohra complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- (i) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints at 0900 hrs from complaint cell of AGE (B/R) (M) and complaints shall be attended / make good / rectified within 24 hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700 hrs every day to complaints cell. On failure of the same a penalty of rs 250/- per day per complaints shall be charged.
