Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track Area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (112mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2 (+/-0.2)mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

Repair/maint and Petty repair to leaking bib cock, pillar cock, stop cock, angle valve , gate valve any size, brass spindle, waste pipe, shower rose, float valve,concealed stop cock, Health foucet,jet sprey,any type of mixer, PVC connection of any description by changing of jumper washer, spindle for bib cock, pllar cock,concealed stop cock etc or putting M seal cleaning of air lock in the pipe for ensuring proper water supply, Repair to leaking flushing cistern low/high level, incl adjustment in the internal fiting replacement of syphon, washer/jumper, flush handle, lever etc as required , Petty repair for rectification of air lock in GI pipe and making the water supply available upto water taps incl attending the complaints of no water supply.repair to PVC bend, pipe etc .( Rates are deems to be including replacement washers (hot/cold) , flush pipe,GI Nipple,union,Socket,Reducer Socket,bend,Elbow,Reducer Elbow ,Tee,brass spindle, flush syphon, flush handle, etc) complete all as specified. Notes:-1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on day to day basis. Any major item required to be replaced with new one, to make the system functional shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only" under respective item of this schedule. Old retrieved item(s) as considered in 'Schedule of Credit' shall become property of the contractor. 3. In case of non attedence of complaints against above complaint by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor due complete all as specified and as directed .
