Cutting of GI/MS/CI Pipes of any class as below (Rate per Mouth - One cutting only making two pieces). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department.

100.47.2.1:Leak rectification work in 90mm uPVC (Class 2 to 6) pipeline including detecting and locating leak, earth work excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, cutting the pipe diametrically perpendicular to the axis of pipeline without causing any damages to the balance portion, dismantling and lifting the pipe from trenches, smoothening the cut ends, conveying the new pipe, cutting and lowering new pipe into the trenches, placing in position, aligning the pipe to line and level and jointing the new pipe with the existing pipe with solvent cement or repairable joint and testing the pipeline by operating the valves concerned, and rectifying the defects if noticed and refilling the trenches in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, charges for removing surplus soil from work site, without causing any damages to the existing utilities, including hire for tools and plant, conveyance of tools and materials, bailing out water, providing caution boards, lighting, ribbon fencing, watching, traffic control etc., complete as per the direction of Departmental officers, including the cost of pipe & specials but excluding the cost of C.I.R. Joints; uPVC Pipes and specials shall be of good quality and conforming to relevant standards: Socket & C.I.R. Jointing.

Providing, Laying , fixing & jointing of uPVC. Pipes & specials 6kg/sqcm Type A as per ISI-4985-2021 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specifications including cost of earth work in excavation & back filling as per analysis A 14 complete in all respects.

S&F in repairs sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x460mm bowl size 410mmx 330mmx 200mm complete all as specified and directed.

Site Clearance cutting grass, bushes, creapers weeds, unwanted plants/ growths etc in and arround water supply installations, settling tanks, weirs, check dams or any other locations as decided

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ductile Iron double flanged, non-rising spindle Resilient seated gate/ sluice valves (PN16) in accordance with BS 5163 part 1 and part 2 / EN 1074 Part 1 & 2/ IS 14846 for regulating the water supply outside the pumping units. The body and bonnet of the valve shall be of ductile iron, wedge with fully vulcanized EPDM rubber (Approved for drinking water) and NBR seal. The Gate/Sluice valve shall be compatible for buried applications and shall be safe to install in both horizontal and vertical positions. It shall have electrostatic epoxy coating (approved for drinking water) both inside and outside of the valve. The valve shall be supplied along with hand wheel. Cost on account of Nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc required for the job is included in the scope of work. The job includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. M.S flanges perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valve which shall be fitted with rising main of the pumping unit at appropriate spots as per site requirement. The job includes the cost on account of P/F of nuts, bolts and gasket required for the job. The Test Certificates of Sluice/Gate Valves mentioning the Material of Construction as above duly stamped by OEM shall be provided at the time of supply of material. Size: DN 50 mm Rating: PN 16
