Repairs to the ratchet plate assembly by way of welding works using suitable welding electrode. Rebuilding of worn-out teeth/ hub of ratchet plate by way of welding/grinding/finishing works to restore the desired profile and dimensions of ratchet plate. providing and filling of M-0il approx. 04 litre. The ratchet plate shall have teeth of suitable dimensions and profile to prevent reversal movement. The job includes fabrication of Allen key holes for fitment of ratchet plate with bearing housing assembly.

Providing and supplying in standard lengths High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE Pipe) confirming to IS 4984/14151/12786/13488 (Latest revison with necessary jointing materials like mechanical connector i.e thread/insert joint/quick release coupler joint/compression fitting joint or flanged joints excluding coupler/specials and taxes.)
