Excavation in foundation and trenches (for pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all clasification of earth work such as pick Work, jumper work, chiselling or Wedging out of soft and hard rock where the blasting work is prohibited saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water in all lifts including trimming and dressng of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting planking timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable matrial/soil separetaly and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes (for pipes, pipe duct, chambers, x-signs etc.) returning the usable soil in 15 cm layers by ramming and wetering and then desposing of all surlus excavated soil/un usable material as directed wirhin all leads/lifts includng restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original conditionn and includng cost of divresion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing custion boards, crossing over tranches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect as per the direction and to be entire of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts. Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant (Rapid Sand Filter) including cost of site development i/c retaining walls/ breast walls to adjust hydroulic leves as per contour plan and structural requiremnts Construction of all civil works, hoisting and erection of steel works, providing and installation of mechanical equipments/Electrical equipment/accessories and machinery, laying of interconnecting CI/GI/MSERW pipes with required valves with chambers and scouring arrangement from all units with disposal arrangement to appropriate place i.e. nearby Nallah/Khad/Natural drainage and all types of valves fittings and other works contigent there to capable of taking inputs and giving outputs as per CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. As per design parameters specification and condition, the treatment plant includes construction of inlet chamber, pre settling tank, row water tank, cas code aerator parshall flume units for chemical handling and feeding for coagulation and flocculation with mechanical scrapper and V notch, approach channel, alum solution tanks with filter media as per specifications alum dozer, lime solution tanks, mixing channel with mechanical mixture, flocculator etc. settling tanks, sedimentation tank , tube settler, rapid sand filter, back wash unit with pumping arrangement, chlorination units for disinfection and plant building comprising office,laboratory based on manual on water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban Development Govt. of India New Delhi (latest edition with up to date amendment). All the structures shall be interconnected by 1.20 mtr. wide path with railings . Proper walkways shall be made in the boundary limit of plant area. This further included combinations of various treatment unit based on flow dia. gram as per above manual for consideration of alternative proposals or any other low cost treatment methods based on existing plants working under similar conditions with performance certificates. The structures to be designed and constructed in RCC with M30 design mix as per latest relevant IS codes based on measured SBC.

Providing, designing (hydraulic & structural), supplying, installation, testing, and commissioning of a factory-fabricated following capacity Modular Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology (as per process flow diagram attached in the estimate) on turnkey basis including six (6) month test & trial, including structural steel fabrication, RCC foundation works, internal piping network, interconnecting pipelines, valves, gates, fittings, drains, walkways/pathways, handrails, access platforms, and all associated civil, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation works required for complete functionality. Primary Treatment Units shall comprise Coarse Screen/Bar and fine Screen chamber, oil grease trap, sewage transfer pumps, sludge transfer pumps, Grit washing arrangement with lifting arrangement of washed grit, raw sewage holding tank , vortex grit chamer and distribution box etc. Secondary (Biological) Treatment Units shall consist of two numbers Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) basins complete with fine bubble diffused aeration system, air blowers, recycling of activated sludge, sludge holdiing tanks, Hypo dosing system, clear water tank, filter feed pumps, automatic decanter mechanism, PLC-based control panel with level sensors, and complete cycle automation. Tertiary and Sludge Management Units shall include Disc Filter for tertiary filtration followedby the ACF (activated carbon filtrartion), solar + DG heate, Chlorine Contact Tank with gaseous dosing system for disinfection including 5 cylinders of gaseous chlorination, 100 kg each, Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS) at final outlet for all parameter, Final Effluent discharge arrangement, and sludge handling system comprising sludge feed pump, Screw Press (sludge dewatering unit), sump pump, reactor controllar, effluent tank, chlorine contact tank , sewage collection tank and Solar Sludge Drying Platform with filtrate return arrangement, complete with all required electrical connections, pumps, panels, control wiring, earthing, lighting, hydraulic interconnections, and mechanical fittings, beautification of plant, all designed in accordance with the latest CPHEEO Manual and relevant IS codes including IS 800, IS 456, IS 3370, and IS 1477, suitable for installation within the identified land space. The STP is designed to achieve CPCB/HPPCB/CPHEEO discharge standards (BOD 10 mg/L, COD 50mg/l, TSS 20 mg/L, Total Nitrogen 10 mg/L, phosphate 5mg/l, PO₄ 2 mg/L, and Fecal Coliform 100 MPN/100 ml). All work shall be carried out in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
