M&L for Cutting Existing Road incl black top cover (trench) up to 1 Mtr depth and width not exc 60cm for laying of pipe line, refilling and making good after laying of pipe with removed soil and finally sealed with cement concrete of thickness not less than 150mm to match with the top surface of Road complete all as specified & Directed.

Supply, laying jointing, testing of DI pipe with class-K-7 spigot socketed ends, conforming to IS-8329 laid in trenches including providing route indicators of suitable height and laying at spacing of @ 50m center to center at GL mentioning name of contractor, date of execution & CA No with name of work & rubber gasket (Tyton) joints with jointing material & route indicators of the following sizes including taking down of existing CI/DI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note 1: - Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ. Note 2:- Contractors will provide route indicators mild steel body with top 150 mm plate 3mm thick and height not less than 300mm above finished GL at suitable intervals as directed by EIC. Cost of route indicators shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates. Note 3:- DI pipe whole quantity of tender shall be procured by contractor in one time from the authorised dealer of approved make and PV's, MTC & e-way bill will produced by contractor during payment of 1st RAR as material laying at site. Note 4:- Piece meal site for laying of pipe shall be given by EIC and contractor arrange to transport the DI pipe accordingly at his own arrangement. No any additional payment for transportation will be given to contractor. Contractors are requested to quote rate accordingly. Note 5:- Layout plan for laying of DI pipe shall be given by EIC in writing. Note 6 :- Cost of Rubber gasket joints (Tyton Joint) included in quoted unit rates.

Attending the following works (i) In the Main gate pump house and 4 nos. of Poyyakarai lake bore-well pump houses areas daily and as and when required which comprises of operation of water supply pumps & bore well pumps including monitoring water levels in UG sump and regulating water supply by operating isolation valves, including greasing pumps whenever required, cleaning of pumps, pump rooms and pathways etc. (ii) In Edaiyur wells pump houses of IGCAR daily throughout the year excluding holidays and sundays which comprises of Operation of water supply pumps including monitoring water levels in the wells and over head water tank of CWCP and regulating water supply depends up on the requirements and Cleaning the pumps, pump rooms and keeping the surroundings of pump rooms and wells are clean etc. (iii) In BHAVINI and FRFCF/GSO pump houses at IGCAR reservoir daily throughout the year excluding holidays and sundays which comprises of Operation of water supply pumps including monitoring water levels in the IGCAR Reservoir and BHAVINI Reservoir and regulating water supply depends up on the requirements and Cleaning the pumps, pump rooms and keeping the surroundings of pump rooms and wells are clean. etc., (iv) In R&D Lab pump houses, North plant pump house, DWR, KKM Gate pump house daily throughout the year excluding holidays and sundays which comprises of Operation of water supply pumps including monitoring water levels in the sump and over head tank and regulating water supply depends up on the requirements and Cleaning the pumps, pump rooms and keeping the surroundings of pump rooms and wells are clean.etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Contractor has to engage totally 4 (four) operator (skilled manpower) in General shift timing 9:00 hours to 17:30 hours, for each location one job will be paid for one operator. If any shortfall found during the contract period, he will be penalised at the rate of 1 Job/operator/day shall be deducted from the RA bills.

Providing, lowering, laying in trenches, aligning, fixing in position and jointing Ductile Iron (D) ISI marked K-9 grade SandS pipes as per 15:8329-2000 (amended up to date), with internal cement mortar lining for potable water with rubber ring (EPDM/SBR) joints as per IS:1985 (excuding special accessories) complete including all material, labour, hydraulic testing and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer. Note: E/W to be measured I and paid separately. 100mm i/d
