Binder- 43 Grade portland cement. 3.Fillet- Graded sand conforming to BS 1199. 4.Additv- Water soluble polymers to improve work ability, water retention, durability and adhesion strength. 5.Composition- 43 grade Portland cement - 25-30% graded sand - 1 75-70% (including quartz and additives). 6.Max. aggregate- Size 4.5mm 7.Density- 1.80kg/Litre in dry and 1.90kg/litre in wet condition. 8.Pot lift- One hour. 9.Consumption- 1.7kg per sqm per mm thickness. 10.Water demand- About 15% of 6 litres per 40kg. 11.Date of pack- Not/more than 6 months. NOTE: The ready mix plaster in bags shall be first supplied to the SSE(W) in his godown & then drawn from his godown from time to time. The material should be got approved by the Contractor from the Railway Engineer before use on work. Transportation to site has to be done at contractor's cost and payment will be made for area of work done and not for any bags supplied. The rate is inclusive of scaffolding
