Supply & Laying of GI Pipe 150mm, class B

NS Providing Functional Household Tap Connection including earthwork in excavation for pipe line (both for connection in distribution line and service connection) and refilling, dressing etc., providing PVC/HDPE Saddle Piece of average size 110 mm x 15 mm (i.e. ranging from 63mm to 160mm) , making holes in the distribution pipe, providing 15 mm dia bronze ferrule cock (PN-16) conforming to IS:2692 (1989) as ammended from time to time / Flow control valve of SS316 with flow of 3 LPM at standard operating pressure of 0.5 bar to 1.5 bar of minimum woight 125 gm, connecting it to the saddle piece, providing and fixing 3 layer (Outer green / GREY coloured UV Stabilised, middle black coloured UV Stabilised and inermost layer white coloured with antimicrobial property) Fusion welded PP-R ( Poly propylene-random copolymer) Pipes, SDR 7.4 having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply conforming IS 15801-2008 of average length 10 m from saddle piece to the standpost ( pipes of make empanelled manufacturers and PN-16 Pipe,20 mm OD,SDR-7.4) including all plain PP-R fittings and brass threaded PP-R fitting and clamping, cutting and making good to the damages, including all taxes and duties as applicable and including the cost of all required labour and materials as directed and specified. The item also inludes construction and installation of R.C.C Hydrant Pillar with cement concrete in proposrtion 1:2:4 sheathed in SWR pipe of dia 100mm height 1200 mm encasing 15 mm dia PPR pipe inside the hydrant, inclusive of cost of transportation to site and also supplying fitting and fixing PVC Bib cock all complete as directed and specified. Approved good for construction drawing will be issued by the deptt.

Operation and Maintenance (O and M)-cum-Defect Liability Period (DLP) for a period of 06 years after successful completion of trial run, covering all assets under the DNIT including Existing water supply infrastructures of the village Badoli i.e tubewells, UGTs, pumping machinery, water supply network, IPS, MPS, STP, all water works, lawns and horticulture areas, all civil structures, mechanical systems, electrical installations, instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems, transformer, DG sets, control panels and all allied works: the scope includes deployment of skilled manpower, operation of pumps and treatment units, routine and preventive maintenance as per relevant standards, chlorination of water supply system as well as chlorination/disinfection of treated effluent, operation of STP with required chemical dosing and treatment processes, maintaining prescribed water quality and effluent discharge standards, upkeep of lawns and horticulture provision of all consumables and chemicals, ensuring uninterrupted services, and rectification or replacement of any defects during the O and M/DLP period, with all systems to be maintained in sound and efficient working condition throughout.
