(SH. Laying jointing and testing of GI pipe for distribution system of various dia meter).
Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earthwork in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work blasting hard or soft soil, lift up to 1.50 mtr. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required in to plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtrs and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing,Laying, welding and testing of ISI marked GMS steel tube plain ended in trenches of following dia as per IS 1239-2001 including jointing the pipe with butt welding at both ends according to relevant BIS stanards/approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/tapers all short pieces and bends as per site requirements and made from parent tubes ( to be measured and paid alongwith pipes) bends shall be manufactured in such a way that not more than 11 1/4 degree deflection is caused by a single cut and internal dia is not reduced including hydraulic testing to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
