CLEANING AND MAINT OF SEWAGE SYSTEM AND REPAIRS TO MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS AND EXTERNAL B/R SERVICES AT MIRAN SAHIB UNDER GE JAMMU
Notes for Ser Item No. 1.00 to 9.00: - (i) Cleaning and clearing/ disposing off all the sludge/ sewage contaminated water in solid/ semi solid/ liquid state from sewage lines, manholes etc as detailed in Ser item No. 1.00 to 8.00 will be carried out during the 1st 3 months from the date of commencement of work order No . 1 and thereafter shall be maintained for blockage free and smooth functioning of all the sewage lines and related sewage items as detailed in item No. 1 above for a period of Eleven months i.e. the date of completion of contract given in work order No. 1. Engagement 01 x Supervisor along with 02 x Sweeper cum sewage drain attendant along with T&P required on daily basis for a period of Eleven months for attending the daily sewage related complaints. The complaints shall be collected daily at 0830 hours from the office of Engr-in-Charge by contractor/ Contractor's supervisor and shall be got signed from the user occupant after clearing the complaints. These complaint slips will also be got signed at Engr-in-charge office daily after the satisfactory completion of each complaint. No complaint shall be kept pending/unattended for a period of 24 hours. Any damage to manhole covers, gully trap covers, CI assess doors of CI pipes any dia, PVC pipes/fitting, 'P' traps, floor traps during the process of cleaning/clearing shall be made good by the contaractor by replacing same by new items without any extra cost to the Govt. Urgent Nature complaints (EWC / IWC / Urinal / Bathroom / Kitchen and gully trap) shall be rectified within 24 hrs, if not Rs 150/- each complaint for each day will be penalised from the contractor. (ii) Sewage line/ Manholes cleaned once will not be paid again within 06 months if blockage comes within 06 months then contractor shall have to clear/ remove blockage at his own cost. (iii) Deposition of sludge / sludge water will be taken to the STP location as shown by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Payment shall be made only after prior document proof of the same. Contractor shall obtain permit from state authority for sludge deposit in State Govt STP, all sludge collected shall be deposited in running STP only.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment.. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer- in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer- in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
PROVN OF WATER FILTRATION PLANT WITH CONNECTED WORKS AT PITHORAGARH
Design,detailed engineering ,supply,installing and testing and commissioning of Ultra Filtration Treatment plant including all civil foundation works based on Ultra Filtration membrane technology 1120KLD (35 cubic meter / hour - 2 Nos).All the equipment,piping ,pumps and electrical panels to be housed in a plant room or as directed by the Engineer in Charge.The Ultra Filtration Plant shall be designed based on the following parameters:(i) Nature of Raw Water-Treated Water from Water Treatment Plant,(ii)Daily Average Flow-1120KLD(2 Stream X 35 Cubic Meter /Hour Each -2 Nos).Civil Foundation works as requd at side shall be in PCC.Civil foundation work shall be as per pump manufacturer GA/foundations drawings.Contractor shall prepare and provide reqd civil and mechanical /Electrical shop drawings for approval of Garrison Engineerr /Accepting Officer before execution of plant and machinery.Contractor shall ensure the submission of detailed GA drawings (Plan and section),P&I Diagram ,Schematic Diagram for the above mentioned component and additional component if so reqd for the complete working of the Utra filtration Plant.
CERTAIN REPAIR TO PALERAM ENCLAVE AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE NAMS
Material and labour for Water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under :- (a) Application of Two component Acrylic modified cementitious coating (i) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer’s published literature should be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following :- (ii) Chipping out any visible cracks in “V-Groove” pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex / Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex / Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (iii) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO. (iv) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer’s instructions. (v) Apply Glass Fabric Sheet of Sika Fab 1 / FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP whilst the first coat is wet. (vi) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer’s instructions on the entire area. (vii) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat.
