Construction of un-reinforced , plain cement concrete pavement M30 (Grade), thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43/53 grade cement as per Clause 602, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in fully automatic Computerised Batching Plant compatiable with Printer and Pen Drive and transported to site in transit mixer for having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix design including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge laid with a Fixed Form Paver (laying and fixing of 150 micron thick polythene Film and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 602 with all required equipments (Dowel Bars & Tie Bar will be paid seprately).

A/Mtc. estimate for sewerage scheme Rania town Operation and Maintenance of 6 MLD SBR technology based STP and MPS (for Civil work, Electric Work, Mech. Installation Work, watch and ward and Horticulture work) Repair and consumable item etc, insurance charges, white washing for 1st and 3rd year at STP Rania town and all other works contingent thereto for 3 year complete in all respect.

Monthly Assured amount for lumpsum scope of work for Turbine & Auxiliaries Area Mechanical Maintenance Contract of two units of 250MW at STPS for Two years including Wage, benefits and allowances (including ESI ) of 12 Nos. contractual workers , Over Time (if any), etc. including all incidental charge, Manpower cost for total 22 heads including Supervisor: 02 (two) Nos., Site-In charge: 01 (one) No., Store Keeper: 01 (one) No., Mill Wright Fitter: 04 (four) Nos. , General Fitter: 05 (five) Nos. , Crane operator: 01 (one) No., Rigger: 07 (seven) Nos. and Welder cum Gas cutter: 01 (one) No., Cost for Consumables, Tools and tackles cost and cost for Vehicle, Safety & PPE cost, Profit & overhead charges, Special allowances during Unit Overhauling and Cost of premium towards Employees Compensation Policy & GPA for two years

In-situ orbital machining of 250MW BHEL make Generator Rotor journal (EE side) at STPS site as per Scope of Work. (To & fro transportation cost of machining equipment are inclusive)
