Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS) which includes OCEMS Analyser, Data logger, Sensors & Adaptor Cable, Hardware & Software for Data Connectivity with CPCB and TNPCB Care Air Centre, UPS of 1KVA capacity, Alarm Hooters, Power Cabling, mounting arrangement for sensors, pipeline modifications in the existing pipelines for installation of sensors etc complete as required to complete the work at outlet of STP with data transfer to CPCB and TNPCB server for 160 KLD (MLCP-West) & 112 KLD (MLCP-EAST) STP for following parameters BOD, COD, TSS, pH, Temperature and any other additional parameters complying with TNPCB/CPCB norms. As per attached Technical specifications as required. Note:Agency has to provide mobile SIM based connectivity with CPCB and TNPCB for a period of 01 Year.

Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for sewerage interception and diversion works under Swatch Bharat Mission for Nagar Panchayat Paonta Sahib, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh, with using advanced technology, Marking of Proposal, Preparation of L-section and X-section as required, for site condition in complete form. The detailed project report should contain complete proposal with detailed design of Sewerage System along with all components and latest authentic references. DPR should contain the drawing, details of measurements and abstract of cost of all STP and sewerage network components, including Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, Grit Channel, Distribution Box, secondary treatment reactor, Sludge dewatering and drying systems in the shape of planted and unplanted SDBs, Constructed Wetland (Root zone System) or other suitable technologh, Multi Media Filter, Chlorine Contact Tank, Fencing Panels around the S.T.P. Yard, Steel Gate, Interconnecting Path, Railing and Access Ladder, Plant Building/ Chowkidar Room, manhole chamber, inspection chamber, etc. Drawing shall be prepared with AUTOCADD and nicely winded 04 (Four) copies of set of drawing shall be in hard & in soft format; complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The technology adopted in the DPR should conform to the CPHEEO manual parameter and should be capable to treat the desired effluent standards of pollution board authorities, like CPCB and HPPCB.
