Upgradation of sludge disposal system at 20 MGD WTP, Okhla Water Works, including tracing, identification, isolation, disconnection, fabrication, supply, laying, jointing, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of pipelines, complete in all respects, as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The item includes fabrication, supply, laying and jointing of 600 mm dia Mild Steel pipeline made out of 8 mm thick MS plates, including tracing of existing old damaged drain pipeline from Okhla Water Works up to the nearby drain (nalla) near Kalkaji, complete isolation and diversion of all wastewater/sludge flows, segregation of existing drain system, and installation of new 600 mm dia pipeline as per approved alignment. The item further includes disconnection of existing 900 mm dia pipeline near the main gate of Okhla Water Works, tracing of both 600 mm and 900 mm pipelines, providing and fixing of blind flanges at all required locations to ensure proper and permanent separation of pipelines, rectification of leakages at any location, and making the entire system completely leak-proof, includes all allied and incidental works such as minor modifications, realignments, welding, cutting, bending, handling, shifting, erection, hydrostatic testing at full working pressure, operation of all connecting valves, installation of valves provides by department, restoration of disturbed areas, and commissioning of the complete system. The item also includes deployment of all required manpower such as Fitters, Helpers, Beldars, Supervisors, Electricians and Chowkidars, supply of all materials, tools and plants, welding equipment, safety arrangements, barricading, handling, lifting, testing, and compliance with all safety norms and statutory requirements. The contractor shall be fully responsible for safety of men, materials and existing installations. The item further includes operation and maintenance of the laid pipeline and associated components for a period of one (01) year after successful commissioning, complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate to be quoted shall be inclusive of all materials, labour, tools & plants, testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance for one year, including all incidental charges, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of Water Treatment Plants with accessories for safe and efficient running at BSA Complex for the period of one calender month including repair/renewal of spare parts as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the plant of capacity of 10000 GPH and consisting of following accessories complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) One pressure filter capacity 10000 GPH. (b) One Softner capacity 10000 GPH.. (c) One oxidation chamber.10000 GPH (d) One brine solution tank. (e) One Air compressor. (f) Chlorine dozing pump including service tank. (g) Accessories for above items. Note :- (i) Unit rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking down unserviceable parts/accessories and refixing the same after minor repairs as required, adjustments of settings, cleaning down etc and replacement with new spare parts (measured separately) as and when required and including plant operations such as back washing, rinsing of filter and regeneration of resin, rinsing and blending and testing of water for hardness and iron on daily basis (Morning & Evening) for smooth and efficient functioning of the plant. (All required Testing kits will be provided by the contractor including chemicals / reagent required for testing.
